Victory did my windows in Dumont, NJ. We were approached by Clayton regarding needing windows. He was amazingly personable and we connected immediately. We made an appointment for a demonstration and consultation. A family emergency occurred the weekend before, and they rescheduled last minute for us. Brandon came for the demonstration and we put him through the ringer. He happily showed us everything and even used their example window to prove the thermodynamics of the windows on top of the demonstration window. Again, very personable and down to earth. The crew led by foreman Gustavo showed up and installed various types of double hung, slider and awnings for our basement. They were very respectful, and understood we needed to have areas finished in a certain way, as we have pets who are very skittish. The windows were performed in a day, and finished to satisfaction. While the work was being completed, Frank who does Quality Control, showed up to ensure all windows were functioning as intended. He went over everything regarding how each windows works as well as maintenance and things to look out for to ensure our windows stay efficient and in good condition. While here, he pointed out that our 70+ year siding was in dire need of replacement, as it was rotting under our vinyl siding. He showed us everything he was concerned with to ensure we understood. We will gladly use this company again for future work. It means a lot to be treated like a person and not a paycheck. I am glad they took the time to be so thorough and ensure we understood every step of the process and saw the issues in person.

Excellent service and work, had a worker ring the doorbell while they were in the area and offered a free estimate. I made up replacing the all the upper floor windows in my home. The price is agreeable, or at least as agreeable as any window price can be, and the installation was silky smooth. In and out in one day and cleaner than when they arrived. Cannot recommend them enough.
