They went above and beyond to make us happy

I met Johnny when I was pulling into my Mom’s driveway. He was going door to door in her neighborhood. My Mom wasn’t ready for any home improvements, but I told Johnny we were looking to get prices for a roof and possible siding. Johnny was extremely pleasant and was able set up an appointment for 2 days later. The morning of our appointment we received a call from Jonathan to confirm our time and to make sure we were still good with the time. Jonathan was also very kind. The salesperson Cam showed up at scheduled time. We liked his personality immediately. Cam took his time explaining Victory’s procedures, process and products during his time here. Cam explained and showed us each layer and how they installed the roof and siding. He then measured, checked attic, and siding for any water damage ect. We then discussed cost. We decided to do just do it all. This was our only estimate, although higher than expected we felt confident that this was a great company with top notch materials that is warrantied for 50 years. Stay tuned for future results. Meeting with project manager next week to go over everything again and set up dates. Thank you Johnny, Jonathan, and Cam for your professionalism and kindness.

My roof was completed in East Orange, and was completed in one day in an prompt and accurate manner. The materials and the dumpster were delivered on time. Everything was explained in a manner were I could understand. I had the pleasure of dealing with Victory Home Remodeling

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Victory Home Remodeling for my 75 year old home. I have own this for 20 plus years and I knew that one of the last things I needed to do on my home is to reside it. Well today I am going to sign a for new siding on my house finally. I have needed it for a while but kept putting it off as I did the inside. They worked hard to keep me in my house and make it look better. They did come today and put on the trim around the roof so I could finally have gutters. Came out great. So after seeing their work first hand I am going forward with the siding also. I can't wait to see the end result. I will probably add more once the job is done. Every person I have dealt with in this company, from the young man with first came to my door. To the woman who inspected for the gutters and trim. This company stays in touch with you at every step of the job. From calls and texts they let you know they are on top of the job. Couldn't ask for a more professional company to intrust my house to for this job.

They impressed me so much that I will now do my siding, too!

Overall, this company is very thorough. From the sales presentation, installation, and final inspection, they ensure their clients know the quality of the work, services, and products. I never take time to do these reviews because I am a busy mom, but I guarantee their work is worth the cost. Brian and his team did a phenomenal job of replacing my windows. The crew even vacuumed my floor and disposed of all the old materials. Not only would I recommend this company, but they impressed me so much that I will now do my siding, too! What a great gift to give your house: a new facelift.
