Very professional work! Oscar as the salesperson, was very amiable and demonstrated how efficient the windows perform regarding heat and cold, insulation, strength and durability. We were sold. As custom made windows the fit was perfect. Jay and Steven measured and assisted with details regarding preparation and installation. The repeated calls to ensure communication regarding the installation process and to answer any questions we might have was certainly appreciated and comforting developing trust. Alex and his crew were excellent. They were punctual, clean, courteous, and it was evident they are professional by the results which we are very happy with. Immediately after the windows were installed we noticed a significant difference in the room temperature and felt comfortable at 68 degrees on the thermostat. Ray, the QC, visited right after the installation to inspect the project and explain our warranty. Ray completed the project and was also very informative, friendly and helpful. The overall experience was outstanding!
